Orzone exports first consignment of bottled mineral water to Sydney, Australia

Orzone Mineral Water Exports Private Limited recently exported 40 high-cube (HQ) containers of 600ml bottled mineral water to Sydney, Australia, becoming the first ever Sri Lankan company to do so, the company stated.

Orzone has been awarded an order to supply one million 600 ml bottled drinking water to Sydney, Australia, and the recent export marked the initial phase of it. The company started exporting bottled drinking water to other parts of the world 30 years ago, and has commenced exports to Australia with the aim of expanding the business.

“Our aim is to expand our production capacity and necessary plans for that have already been made. By doing so, we will be able to export more and help strengthen the country’s foreign currency reserves.” Orzone Group of Companies Managing Director, Dr. Upul B. Senarath said.
