OPPO partners Derana Dream Star

OPPO recently signed up as a partner for which is one of the country’s most popular reality shows that is currently on its 10th season.

The singing competition which follows the reality television format has served to unearth some incredible talent over the years including Upekha Nirmani, Udesh Indula & Raveen Kanishka of Deveni Inima fame. Although its main purpose is affording local youth a platform to showcase their singing capabilities, some alumni of the show have gone on to have thriving careers as actors, models & tv presenters.

The platform will enable OPPO to showcase their products, particularly the OPPO F19 Pro which is a favorite among the youth. Each episode will feature a ‘Dual-View Video Moment’ whereby the host will capture a video to demonstrate the ‘dual view video’ feature. The season is expected to last for a duration of 6 months.
