Operating hours of liquor stores, restaurants and bars revised

The Department of Excise has revised the operating hours of liquor stores, restaurants and bars from tomorrow (9th December).

Foreign liquor retail shops (FL4 license) will  be open from 08:00AM – 10:00PM while other liquor stores will be open from 10:00AM to 09:00PM

Tourist board-approved hotels (Three star and above) with FL7 and FL8  licenses can serve liquor from 10:00AM to 02:00AM a.m while all other hotels have been permitted to serve liquor from 10:00AM  12:00 midnight.
