One person killed in shootout with STF

One person is reported to have died in a shootout with the Police Special Task Force (STF) at Welikadayaya in Embilipitiya this (24) morning.

The STF had conducted a raid in the early hours on Saturday (24) to apprehend a suspect who was known to have been involved in a few shooting incidents which had taken place recently.
