OIC with Dutch courage arrested and suspended

The OIC of the Eravur Community Police Division has been suspended after he allowed a drunk civilian to ride his bicycle, police sources said.

The SI had taken part in a party and allowed a civilian to ride his bicycle after getting intoxicated.

The SI had traveled on the back of the bike. Eravur police had arrested the rider, and then the SI had caused a raucous inside the police station, according to sources.Then he was arrested and suspended, sources added.
