No necessity to issue writ on ECSL to hold LG election – Supreme Court

As the Election Commission of Sri Lanka (ECSL) has already given an undertaking to hold the Local Government Election, the Supreme Court observed that there is no necessity of issuing a writ on the ECSL to hold the Local Government poll.
