New Beauty Tips scene

We have a new face taking over our Beauty Tips feature and she will be doing the needful from next Thursday.

Maneka Liyanage is certainly not new to the Thursday Island scene, having appeared quite a few times – Glam Scene, Chit-Chat, and as a model in ‘Fashion on spotlight.’

Maneka indicated to us that for all her fashion shoots she does her own makeup, and uses home remedies most of the time.

She is now keen to share those beauty tips with Thursday Island readers.

Sumedi Rathnayake, who helped us with our Beauty Tips feature for quite a while, says her workload has increased and that she would like to take a short break.
