New appointments to Education and Health Services Committees of Public Service Commission

New members have been appointed to the Education and Health Services Committees of the Public Service Commission (PSC), according to the Gazette notification issued on 31 October 2023.

These appointments have been made in accordance with Articles 56(1) and 56(2) of the Constitution, and are effective for a duration of two years, commencing from the 2nd of October.

T.M.L.C. Senarathna has assumed the position of Chairman for the Health Service Committee, with Dr. Ananda Hapugoda and Nimal Saranathissa appointed as members.The Education Service Committee of the PSC now has J.A. Ranjith as its Chairman, along with A.K.W.W.M.N.K. Weerasekara and W.M.N.J. Pushpakumara as its members.
