The LEED Gold certified office tower was designed by the Singapore based Palmer & Turner Group and construction work was done by the globally renowned China Harbour Engineering Company.
“Ever since pre-leasing of the office tower was announced in 2019, there has been keen interest in the property. Ready for occupation by July 2021, Mireka Tower will house 600,000 square feet of premium “Grade A” office space,” an owning company news release said.
