Navy seizes 2223kg of smuggled Kendu leaves

A search operation conducted by the Navy in the beach area of Ilanthadiya in Puttalam on Tuesday (12), led to the recovery of about 2223kg of smuggled Kendu leaves packed into 70 packages, Navy headquarters spokesperson said.
