The Navy assisting pilgrims visiting the annaul feast of St.Anthony in Kachchativu.The Sri Lanka Navy over the years had been assisting both local prigrims as well as those arriving from the state of Tamil Nadu to participate in the festival in northern Sri Lanka with logistical support.
