‘Navigating Dire Straits’ on June 21st and 22nd

CIPM Sri Lanka – the nation’s leader in human resource management, has organized its flagship event, the National HR Conference, South Asia’s largest and most inclusive HR conference on June 21st and 22nd at the Monarch Imperial, Sri Jayewardenepura under the theme “Navigating Dire Straits.”

The conference comprising six technical sessions, including two-panel discussions, will introduce new insights on effective people management practices to address the challenges such as the brain drain, improving productivity, and finding solutions to people-based problems companies face based on the current environment.
