Nations Trust Bank gears up to celebrate Customer Service Week 2022
Nations Trust Bank, has geared up to celebrate Customer Service Week 2022, falling on the 3rd of October through to the 7th of October under the theme “Celebrating Service”. As Customer Service Week is an international celebration of the importance of customer service and of the people who serve and support customers on a daily basis, the financial institution will celebrate its valuable service to the nation, while also inspiring others to do the same.
Speaking on the subject, Sheahan Daniel, Executive Vice President – Consumer Banking – Nations Trust Bank said, “All of us at Nations Trust Bank take Customer Service Week very seriously, it is something that we look forward to year after year. It gives us the opportunity to boost morale and teamwork, reward employees for the significant work they do and raise awareness of the value of customer service, without forgetting to give back to our loyal customers as well.”
Commenting on this further, Daniel added “Our existence as a financial services entity is validated by our customers. Each product, service and activity revolves around the customer experience. Every one of our customer touch points including branches, digital platforms and contact centre are optimized for service excellence towards customer. We have always elevated ourselves as a bank that delivers outstanding service to clients and stakeholders at all levels.
In honour of the week, Nations Trust Bank will embark on various social media and outreach programmes. The Bank seeks to use the week to recognise the winners identified through its ‘Heroes Inspire’ internal programme and highlight their efforts in providing excellent service. To further strengthen their customer first approach, the Bank will also conduct an interactive session on customer service with a strong line-up of key speakers.
