Multi-billion Thico scam: All suspects including Priyamali granted bail

The owner of Thico Group Private Ltd., Thilini Priyamali, who had been in remand custody, in connection with the alleged massive financial fraud, was released on bail by Colombo Fort Magistrate Thilina Gamage yesterday (16).

The suspect was released on cash bail of Rs. 50,000 and two sureties of Rs. 10 million each. With Priyamali given bail, all suspects, taken in connection with the multi billion rupee fraud, allegedly perpetrated this year, have been granted bail.
