* For Combination Skin
You’ll Need:
One tablespoon tomato pulp. One tablespoon mashed avocado
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix the tomato pulp, and mashed avocado, until a smooth paste forms. Apply all over face, and neck, and leave on for 10 minutes. Remove with lukewarm water and pat dry.
For best results, apply this mask once, or twice, a week.
* Brightening Tomato Mask
You’ll Need:
1/2 ripe tomato.1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions:
To a blender, or food processor, add the tomato and blend, until smooth. Mix in with lemon juice and apply to clean face and neck. Leave on for 10-15 minutes and rinse off with cool water.
For best results, use once, or twice, a week.
* Tomato Face Mask for Blackheads
You’ll Need:
1-2 tablespoons fresh tomato pulp. One tablespoon oats. One tablespoon plain yoghurt
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together until the mixture becomes a smooth consistency. Once smooth, warm up in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. Let cool for a few seconds. Apply all over face and neck and let sit for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm water by massaging the mask gently into the skin, as if scrubbing.
For best results, use this mask twice a week.
* Tomato Mask for Glowing Skin
You’ll Need:
1/2 ripe tomato. Two tablespoons sandalwood powder. A pinch of turmeric
Directions:
In a small bowl, mash up the ripe tomato really well. If need be, add to a food processor or blender. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and apply evenly to face and neck. Let sit for 15 minutes and rinse off with cold water. Pat dry.
For best results, use every other day to brighten dull skin.
* Tomato and Sugar Scrub
You’ll Need:
Tomato. Sugar
Directions:
Cut a tomato in half and sprinkle with enough white sugar to cover the cut side of the tomato. In slow, circular motions, rub against cleansed skin, focusing on oily areas, such as the T-zone (forehead, nose, and chin). Rinse off with cold water and pat dry.
