Moragoda meets top Indian security officials

Milinda Moragoda, Sri Lanka’s High Commissioner to India met with Rajinder Khanna, Deputy National Security Adviser and Secretary of the National Security Council Secretariat to discuss aspects of the Indo-Sri Lanka relationship, a news release from Mragoda’s office said.

Earlier, the new Deputy National Security Advisor of India, Ambassador Vikram Misri, had also met with Milinda Moragoda at the Sri Lankan High Commission residence.

Khanna was a member of the prestigious Indian Police Service (IPS) and a former head of the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW).  Misri, a senior Indian diplomat, was until recently as India’s ambassador in China. He also served as Deputy High Commissioner in Colombo earlier on in his career.

Moragoda presented both top officials with copies of the Integrated Country Strategy for Sri Lanka Diplomatic Missions in India – 2021-2023.
