Trade and investment with India is expected to form a critical part of Sri Lanka’s economic revival strategy. In this context, continuing his outreach to Indian business leaders to promote investment and trade with Sri Lanka, High Commissioner Milinda Moragoda met with Prakash Hinduja, Chairman of the Hinduja Group-Europe.

The Hinduja Group is an Indian transnational conglomerate with revenues of over USD 70 billion. The group employs over 200,000 people. Its activities span many sectors of the global economy and its well-known brands include: Ashok Leyland Ltd., inc Indusind Bank. and Gulf Oil.
