Melwin Pigera felicitated by Billiard and Snooker Association

The well-known Billiard Table Technician Melwin Pigera, who is also s  consultant of the Billiard and Snooker Association of Sri Lanka was felicitated for the dedicated service he had rendered to the Association and was awarded a special trophy at the Prize Giving Ceremony of the 69th All Island National Snooker Championship held recently in the Association Head Quarters.
