Lumbini record fourth win as Praveen, Ushan rattle Holy Cross

Lumbini registered their fourth victory as Praveen Maneesha with a seven-wicket haul and Ushan Sathsara with a match bag of eight wickets helped reduce Holy Cross College, Kalutara to 75 and 126 runs in the two innings in the Under 19 Division I Tier ‘B’ tournament match at BRC Ground on Wednesday.

The innings and 23 runs victory will further cement Lumbini’s place as the top team in their group in the Tier ‘B’ tournament.

In the Tier ‘A’ tournament, Prince of Wales beat St. Anne’s by an innings and 52 runs while Maliyadeva came almost close to beating S. Thomas.
