‘Love of the Hills’

The Kandy Schools Past Pupils Association (KSPPA), headed by Ajantha Vidanaarachchi, of St. Sylvester’s College, is making elaborate arrangements to celebrate Valentine’s Day.

They do this annually, in addition to several other events they organise throughout the year

Their Valentine’s Ball, aptly titled ‘Love of the Hills’, will take place this evening (Feb. 14), at the Golden Rose, in Boralesgamuwa, and will host 200 couples, associated with schools from Kandy.

According to reports coming our way, the members will be treated to sumptuous food, and drinks, and will be serenaded with music to dance, by the group Redeemers, till the break of dawn.

All proceeds, from this fund-raising event, says Ajantha Vidanaarachchi , will go towards the improvement of leadership skills of member schools students.
