LIOC supplies record amount of petrol, diesel on Tuesday, but no decision to continue that trend

Lanka IOC distributed about 2,000 tonnes of petrol and diesel on Tuesday, which is a record amount for a single day. However, LIOC head, Manoj Gupta, said that they had not decided to continue supplies at that level. Usually, LIOC only distributed about 300 tonnes of fuel per day, he said. However, the CPC had stopped distributing fuel for private vehicles.
