LCB Finance new branch in Deiyandara offers agricultural SME financing

LCB Finance opened a new branch in Deiyandara recently. CEO / Executive Director K. G. Leelananda stated that with the opening of their branch at Deiyandara they have established 7 branches in the southern province and would have eight branches in southern province with the opening of their Akuressa branch shortly.

The company will have an Islandwide network of 12 branches before end of the financial year 31 March 2022 and are planning to go up to 22 branches across the country before the end of the year 2022.

The new branch provides leasing, loans and deposit products to the agricultural community involved in large and small-scale cinnamon, rubber and spice cultivations and those self-employed through home gardening of fruits and vegetables and small and medium enterprises catering to local and foreign tourism. He observed that the opening of the new branch demonstrated the commitment of LCB Finance in being a reliable and firm financier to rural development.
