Lanka IOC comes forward to meet Covid challenges
Contactless Infrared Thermometers were distributed among the Principals of all schools in the Seethawaka Divisional Secretariat in Colombo District by Minister Udaya Gammanpila with the assistance of Lanka IOC.
Minister Gammanpila commended Lanka IOC for its support. As schools reopen, the Minister said, it is very important to ensure the safety of students and teachers. Only this will convince parents to send the kids back to school.
Manoj Gupta, MD, Lanka IOC said that through this contribution, they hope to protect the school students and teachers from this global pandemic.
Gupta said Lanka IOC has been contributing, on a regular basis, to the battle against the spread of COVID-19. Earlier, Lanka IOC also provided peddle-push washbasins, thermometers and masks to 10 schools to ensure hygiene.
