Landslide Early Warnings issued to Colombo, Kalutara, Kegalle and Rathnapura Districts

The Landslide Early Warning Center of the National Building Research Organisation (NBRO) has issued landslide early warnings for the Colombo, Kalutara, Kegalle and Rathnapura Districts.

Accordingly level I landslide early warnings have been issued to the Divisional Secretaries Divisions of Seethawaka in the Colombo District, Ingiriya in the Kalutara District and Elapatha, Ratnapura, Eheliyagoda, Kiriella, Kuruwita, Pelmadulla and Ayagama in the Ratnapura District.

Level II landslide early warnings have been issued to the Divisional Secretaries Divisions of  Deraniyagala, Yatiyanthota and Dehiowita in the Kegalle District and Nivithigala and Kalawana in the Ratnapura District.
