Kavita Thulsidas is the most recognised name in the Singapore fashion landscape.
A designer who is of Indian origin, settled in Singapore. She is the creative Managing Director of Stylemart Bridal Collections (Pvt) Ltd in Singapore since 1999.
Kavita has a style of her own, she creates a new fashion vocabulary for many of her clients across the globe. She has a lists of best dressed women from royalty to political icons and international celebrities.
The woman with an ethnic touch. she is on par with other international designers, a household name among the top fashion circles. Kavita is well known for elegant silhouttes and bridals lehengas,sarees, shalwars and other outfits that speaks volumes about her versality.
Kavita is best known for her ability to infuse Indian craftsmanship with European silhouettes. Her signature style is to combine traditional aesthetics with contemporary designs. Kavita’s design studio juxtaposes modern sartorial prowess and the intricacies of Indian techniques with skill. Her richly , structured drapes and silhouettes are crafted to lend an edge to Kavita’s modern version of women.
Her first foray into the Sri Lankan market was held recently when she held her first fashion extravaganza “Threads of Time”. The success of the show and its impact on the Sri Lankan audience translated into Kavita creating a fashion boutique at One Galle Face.
Her designer label has become much more than a destination for timeless Indian couture. Her area of creativity includes designing, styling, elegance and sophitication.

wave of celestial magic. Her bridal silhouttes are breathtakingly beautiful and handcrafted with beads, crystals and other sparkling accessories easily fitting a royalty.

Talking of brides in 2021 she said lighter tones like blush, mint greens and ice blue are my perennial favourites.
