Janaka Wakkumbura appointed as Minister of State for Provincial Councils, Local Government, and Environment

State Minister of Provincial Councils and Local Government Janaka Wakkumbura was handed over the additional portfolio of  State Minister of  Environment by President Ranil Wickremesinghe at the Presidential Secretariat this afternoon (20).
