Jagath Chandrasiri, new president of Old Anandians 75-80 group

Jagath Chandrasiri was elected as the 39th president of the Old Anandians 75-80 Group at its annual general meeting held at the All Ceylon Buddhist Congress auditorium recently.

Chandrasiri is a keen envoronmentalist and a nature lover and has set up his own plant in recycling polythene waste in Piliyandala.

He said that the 75-80 group would play an active role in the development projects of their alma mater, particularly assisting in infrastructure development, educational activities and sports.
