Jaffna DIG orders immediate arrest of killer

Killing of female dog, seven puppies:

DIG-Jaffna has ordered the OIC of Chavakachcheri police to arrest a man who burnt to death a female dog and her seven puppies at Nawasikulam.

The dogs were in a cage when they were burnt alive.

The puppies were about two weeks old.

Several people have complained to DIG-Jaffna about this heinous act.
