Indian visa application centre closed indefinitely following ‘security’ incident

The Indian High Commission yesterday (16) said that due to a security incident reported Tuesday night, the visa application centre, IVS Pvt. Ltd, Colombo would remain closed until further notice.

The IHC requested all applicants to reschedule their appointments with IVS Pvt. Ltd accordingly. The mission said that those who required assistance pertaining to urgent consular / visa matters, could contact the High Commission over the phone.
