Ideal Motors to host ‘Mahindra Care Fest’ service campaign on 24-25 January at Central Workshop Ratmalana

Ideal Motors (Pvt) Ltd, the sole authorised distributor in Sri Lanka for premier vehicle brand Mahindra & Mahindra, is once again hosting its unique ‘Mahindra Care Fest’ service campaign for all Mahindra customers.

This year’s ‘Mahindra Care Fest’ is being organised from the 24th to 25th January at the Mahindra Central Workshop in Ratmalana.

The mega ‘Mahindra Care Fest’ service campaign is an annual programme held across the world for existing Mahindra customers and a much-looked-forward to and talked about calendar event. To mark this year’s celebration in Sri Lanka, Ideal Motors have decided to conduct the campaign under several phases.

Ideal Motors prime aim is to safeguard its customers and ensure they receive a superior service. Strengthening its relationship with customers and to increase customer satisfaction, specially trained technicians will inspect all the vehicle during these two days and Ideal Motors has also made necessary arrangements to offer free quality inspections as well as special discounts on services and repairs during the campaign period.

To-date, Ideal Motors have completed sales of over One lakh of Mahindra vehicle in Sri Lanka and through an unparalleled after-sales service network provides dedicated and state-of-the-art service and repair facilities to all customers.

To support a wider range of customers, Ideal First Choice (Pvt) Ltd., a subsidiary of the Ideal Group, is also planning to hold a Mahindra Care Fest at its service and repair centers located islandwide.

These programmes are scheduled to be held in February at the Ideal First Choice Service Centers. Similar to the first phase taking place during 24-25 January at the main service center in Ratmalana, diagnostic, care, and maintenance services will also be offered to customers who visit the Ideal First Choice service centers islandwide during the February service campaign.

Going the extra mile, the Ideal First Choice Service Center in Anuradhapura has also made arrangements to host this event in March. The service camp will cater to all Mahindra heavy vehicle owners.

Having garnered an impressive reputation as the exclusive distributor for Mahindra motor vehicles and for superlative aftersales service, in 2019, Ideal Motors took great pride in inaugurating Mahindra Ideal Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, the local automotive assembly plant for the Mahindra KUV100NXT, manufactured sourcing 30% local components.

In addition to the KUV 100 NXT petrol vehicle, the factory, a joint venture between M&M Ltd. and Ideal Group has also commenced assembling the KUV 100 NXT diesel vehicle and the Mahindra Bolero City Pick-Up, as a ‘Made in Sri Lanka’ vehicle, also with local value additions.
