ICC makes beach front living ‘an attainable dream’ for discerning property buyers
International Construction Consortium (pvt) Ltd (ICC) is making idyllic beach front living in Sri Lanka a dream possible to achieve for discerning apartment buyers.
Following the success of constructing apartment complexes at residential hotspots across the country, ICC’s Oceanfront Condominium range has paved the way for potential home owners to explore new areas of investment with high returns. ICC marked the establishment of first the luxury beachfront project in Sri Lanka by completing Oceanfront Condominiums Nilaveli in 2017. Nestled in the Northeast coast, the project consists of 82 units spread across six identical building footprints to give each unit an eye level sea view as opposed to going entirely vertical. Oceanfront Nilaveli became an immediate success, which led ICC to venture into the Oceanfront Condominiums, Galle.
Oceanfront Galle, rising up with the expertise and knowledge of constructing Oceanfront Nilaveli which was handled end-to-end by ICC. Both properties are tastefully built to capitalize on the ocean blues and designed to allow every apartment unit to have a view of the open sea. The structure design of Galle is reviewed and confirmed by teams of experts from University of Peradeniya. The Galle Fortress inspired project entails a number of facilities such as; Private beachfront, Café Deck, and a secluded courtyard that consists of a swimming pool and a gymnasium. Oceanfront Galle has been constructed following the BS standards and has already received the SLS certificates. ICC assures that all possible precautions have been taken to avoid corrosion by the sea, using stainless steel hand grails, galvanized nuts and bolts and Sodium Silicate coated paints for outer walls. All MEP services have been designed by following Local (CIDA) and international standards (BS) including a central gas system and a fire detection system with a communication link between the two systems for additional safety.
