Holy Family win best player titles in all four age categories

Holy Family Convent Kurunegala clinched the overall title of the Milo Sri Lanka Schools Netball Championship 2022 concluded at Wennappuwa on Sunday.

Holy Family also bagged the best-player titles. Taniya Gunasekara (Under 19), Akithma Abeysinghe (Under 17), Nethuni Jayawickrama (Under 15), and Rehansa Thisumli Wijerthne (Under 13), all from Holy Family, were adjudged the best players in their respective categories.

Nestlé Milo joined forces with the Sri Lanka Schools Netball Association for the 29th year running, to conduct the much-anticipated final rounds of the Sri Lanka Schools Netball Championship 2022. Widely considered the most noteworthy tournament in the school netball calendar, the championship was organized under the guidance of the Ministry of Education, paving the way for thousands of promising netball players to showcase their skills on a national platform.
