Holy Family Convent crowned netball champions

MILO Champion Cup Super 16 Schools Netball Championship

Holy Family Convent Kurunegala crowned champions of the Milo Champion Cup Super 16 Schools Netball Championship which concluded on Sunday (12).

Marking the restart of school netball, the championship saw participation of over 300 skilled students from 16 schools across the country.

Organized by the Sri Lanka Schools Netball Association under the guidance of the Ministry of Education, this championship was sponsored by Nestlé Milo. Being a strong patron of developing grass root sports in the country, Nestlé Milo has supported the progression of school netball for over 20 years in its journey of nourishing children to go further in life.

While Holy Family Convent clinched the title, Musaeus College were the runners up. Kalutara Balika finished third.
