Heavy rains in Kilinochchi

Several roads in Kilinochchi were submerged yesterday due to heavy rains that drenched the area after a four month drought.Irathnamnagar and Barathipuram areas recorded the highest rainfall and a large number of paddy fields too were submerged.Wishwamadu area has received ice rain.
