Hakeem gives six-hour-long statement

Leader of the Sri Lanka Muslim Congress (SLMC) Rauff Hakeem is expected to testify on Monday (07) before the Presidential Commission of Inquiry (PCoI) investigating the Easter Sunday attacks.

Hakeem arrived at the Police unit attached to the PCoI yesterday (4) at 9 a.m. and made a statement for nearly six hours.

Media Minister Keheliya Rambukwella has also been summoned to visit the police unit on September 07, while State Minister Dilum Amunugama is expected to make a statement on September 08.
