Graduation ceremony by Ramani Fernando Sunsilk Hair and Beauty Academy

For the 16th consecutive year the Ramani Fernando Sunsilk Hair and Beauty Academy held their graduation ceremony at the Lotus Room (BMICH). With branches in Colombo, Kandy and Negombo, the Academy provides yeoman service to countless women and men by training them in all aspects of hair and beauty industry. There were many young men and women graduated from the Academy were awarded certificates by the chief guest Rosy Senanayaka, the Mayor of Colombo who has been the chief guest for 15 years.

Trained to a high standard by this Academy, the newly minted graduates find easy employment to open up salons of their own, Ramani Fernando has been collaborating with Unilever Sri Lanka’s number one hair care brand Sunsilk for many years. She has been a trail blazer for hair and beauty in Sri Lanka.

Designer Aslam Hussein who has collaborated on many projects with Ramani Fernando showcased a collection of ensembles. They were classic sophistication coupled with elegance were reflected in these beautiful silhouettes, complemented with the elaborate hairstyles created by Ramani Fernando salons.
