Grades 05, 11, and 13 will resume from March 15 in WP

Grades 5, 11 and 13 of schools in the Western Province would resume academic activities from March 15, Minister of Education Prof. G. L. Peiris said yesterday in Colombo.

Students in other grades however would only start their academic year on April 19 after the Sinhala and Tamil New Year school vacation, the Minister said.

 Earlier, the Ministry had planned to open schools for all students on March 15.

 Grade 1 classes will also begin from April 19.
