Ganuka, Inuki win three titles each

Ganuka Fernando of St. Peter’s College Bambalapitiya  and Inuki Jayaweera of Musaeus College won three titles each at the Bandarawela Open Ranking Tennis tournament at Bandarawela.

Jayaweera won the Under 18 girls’ singles beating Yuhansa Peiris 6-3 , 6-2 in the final.  She joined Saneshi Willoraarachchi for the under  18 girls doubles final. The pair beat Gehansa Methnadi and Sandithi Usgodaarachchi  0-4,  5-4 10-8.

They were also the winners of the Open women’s  doubles. Fernando was the winner of the men’s open singles (beat Zaidh Zihar 7-6 (5)  2-6, 11-9), Under 18 singles finals and the Under 18 boys’ doubles. (RF)
