Four new senior dpl appointments okayed by High Posts Committee

The Parliamentary High Posts Committee last Wednesday approved the appointment of four new ambassadors/high commissioners to Sri Lanka’s missions in London, New Delhi, Singapore and Brussels/EU.

Former Foreign Minister Rohitha Bogollagama will assume duties in London, Ms. Kshenuka Senewiratne, a retired career diplomat who has headed missions to the UN, London and Thailand is posted to New Delhi, succeeding Milinda Moragoda, career diplomat Chandana Weerasekera goes to the EU/Brussels and career diplomat Senerath Dissanayake to Singapore.
