For Healthy and Glowing Skin…

Yes, indeed, the cost of living is skyrocketing and vegetables, in particular, have doubled and trebled in prices! So this week I’m trying to make it easy for you on your budget

Potato Face Pack:

Mix an equal quantity of potato juice and lemon juice. If you have dry skin, add a teaspoon of honey to the mixture. Apply it all over your face, and neck, and let it stay for 15 minutes. Rinse…and this will help you get a glowing skin.

* Sugar Exfoliator:

Take a container and add a few drops of olive oil. To make the scrub more nourishing, break a capsule of vitamin E and add it to the container. Add a little honey and sugar to the container and mix well. Apply the mixture on your face and gently scrub in circular motion. Rinse with normal water.

* Cucumber and Honey:

Shred one clean and fresh cucumber and add 01 tablespoon of honey into it. Carefully apply it all across the face. Relax and let the skin soak in the goodness. Wash off after 30 minutes.

Aloe Vera and Lemon Juice:

You can whip up a quick face mask by taking 02 tablespoons of aloe vera gel and adding 02 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice into it. If you do have aloe vera plants, at home, then scrape some fresh gel from the plant. Use the mix to cover your face and wash after 20 minutes.

Yoghurt and Watermelon:

Blend a few medium sized watermelon cubes with a cup of unflavoured yoghurt. Use a brush to apply this mixture on your face and other sunburned area. Wait for 20 minutes and wash off.
