Fia Region II Round Table in Bali, Indonesia

Federation of Internationale De L’Automobile (FIA) Region II Roundtable Conference for the year 2023 was held in Bali, the Island of God and last paradise on earth in Indonesia from 17th to 21 September 2023.

It was a well-attended Conference, where all 18 clubs from the Asia Pacific Region represented including the FIA President Dr. Mohamed Ben Sulaymn. There were near 80 delegates attended this Conference. The Automobile Association of Ceylon (AA Ceylon) were represented by Dhammika Attygalle – President, Ananda Dangalla- Vice President and Devapriya Hettiarachchi – Secretary.

There were so many Programs lined up such as FIA Region II Preliminary Meeting, Idea Forum update, Road Safety Collaboration projects, Strategic updates, Mobility Grant Forum, Environmental Impact Project, Delft Road Safety for FIA Clubs and Region II Club Repots.

It was a memorable and educative conference where all delegates keenly participated in all those programmes.

It was an opportunity for the delegates to have the fellowship, Cultural Activities and enjoy the Indonesian Cuisine in a sunset dinner.

At this Conference AA Ceylon expressed their willingness to conduct the 2024 FIA Region II Round Table Conference in Colombo, Sri Lanka and displayed some video clips of the highlights of the Pearl of Indian Ocean, Sri Lanka and its environment to the delegates.
