Female engineering student among six Peradeniya undergraduates to climb Mount Everest

A third year female engineering student of the University of Peradeniya is among the 06 undergraduates of the university to join the group of university students selected to climb Mount Everest this year commencing in mid-April.

the Public Relations Division of the University of Peradeniya has said that among the six undergraduates from the different faculties chosen to climb Everest this year is engineering undergraduate M. A. Sadunii Kanchana.

The group of undergraduates from the different universities are scheduled to begin the climb on 20 April via Nepal’s capital Kathmandu.
