Exterminators debuts trading on CSE

The shares of  Exterminators Limited commenced trading on the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) on the 30th March 2022. The shares have been listed on the Empower Board of the CSE under the “2022 – Commercial & Professional Services” sector.

Representing Exterminators Limited, Chairman/Non-Executive Independent Director Chaaminda Ratnayake, Managing Director Marlon Ferreira, Non-Executive Non-Independent Director Suhaniya Pelpola, Director-Business Development Travis Ferreira, Manager-Operation & Compliance Shehani De Waas, Manger-HR and Administration Anjela Perera and Assistant Customer Relationship Manager Haaziq Nazaar. Financial advisor and manager to the issue, Atarah Capital Partners (pvt) Ltd Managing Director Rohan Senewiratne, Vice President-Investment Banking Chandana Wijesundara, and Assistant Vice President-Investment Banking Kalhara Kathriarachchi represented the event.

The CSE was represented at the event by its Chief Regulatory Officer, Renuke Wijyawardhane, Senior Vice President-Legal, Renu Ranatunga, and the CSE Senior Management.
