Export company Petform wins Gold and Silver

Entrepreneur of the Year Awards

Petform Private Limited, a front runner in plastics and paper based packaging sector, clinched two awards at the ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ awards ceremony organised by the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industries Sri Lanka (FCCISL). Silver Award for extra large category, national level and Gold Award for extra large category western provincial level were the two awards respectively.

The flagship event of FCCISL, which has helped many of Sri Lankan entrepreneurs reach global standards in terms of productivity and value creation, was recently held at the BMICH with President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa attending the occasion as chief guest.

With its four factories located around Delgoda and Malwana, and a work force exceeding 200, Petform has seen a tremendous success over the years. The company exports products to United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia and Maldives. Petform’s product portfolio ranges from packaging materials, plastic bottles and lids to paper based cups and plates. The company has been accredited with ISO 9001:2015 and SLS 1336 certification.
