Ex-Pack continues to make great strides as one of the Best Workplaces in Lanka and in Asia

In view of recognizing some of the globally benchmarked best practices in inculcating sustainable employee experiences, Ex-Pack Corrugated Cartons PLC, a carbon neutral certified company and one of the country’s leading corrugated cartons manufacturers with high emphasis on environmental sustainability, was recently ranked fifth in the Small Sized Workplaces category at the recent Great Place to Work Sri Lanka annual awards ceremony.

This achievement comes in for the fifth time for Ex-Pack, reinstating time and again the continued commitment and priority towards employee wellbeing and ensuring a healthy workplace culture amidst the nature of the industry it operates in. Ex-Pack also went onto being featured among the Best Workplaces in Asia under the Small and Medium category.

These titles are a testament to the hardwork and dedication of the people at Ex-Pack, and the driving force behind its growth and reslience. The 300 strong workforce at its state-of-the-art factory premises in Kelaniya have displayed tremendous loyalty and reslience, in the backdrop of various challenges that Sri Lanka endured in the past, from the civil war to covid pandemic to economic turbulence. The team is only growing from strength to strength. Its open-door policy to all employees have had a significant role in the culture it posseses today.
