Ex-Health Secy. among six remanded till Jan. 10

Maligakanda Magistrate Lochani Abeywickrama yesterday (27) further remanded six persons, including the former Secretary to the Ministry of Health, Janaka Chandragupta, until 10 January , 2024, over the procurement of fake immunoglobulin.

The others who were remanded further are Director of the Health Ministry’s Medical Supplies Division and three other officials of the same division and the owner of the company which supplied the stock of fake immunoglobulin.
