Entries called for Eastern Province Badminton championships

Eastern Province Badminton Association is calling entries to conduct the Eastern Province All Island Open Badminton Championship 2022. The championship organized by the Eastern Province Badminton Association under the auspices of Sri Lanka Badminton will be held in Batticaloa from December 13.

The championship will see events being conducted under a number of age groups and categories, namely under 13, under 15, under 17 and under 19 boys’ singles, doubles, girls’ singles, doubles and mixed doubles in junior categories and senior categories from Over 30 to Over 70.

All these events will contribute towards the national rankings and all winners, and runners -up of the championship will be awarded prize money, certificates, trophies and medals. Semi finalists of the championship too will be awarded certificates and medals.
