Cavernous vehicles roar past,Nameless bread winners,Standing gape-mouthed on side walks;Their limbs limp with fast-creeping fear,For hulking shadowy figures,Bunched behind the whizzing tinted glass…

But though silent on the sidelines,They got the Writing on the Wall right:They count for nought,Now that the balloting is done.
