Edwin Ariyadasa passes away

Media personality Kala Keerthi Edwin Ariyadasa passed away yesterday at the age of 99.

Born on December 3, 1922 at Unawatuna, Galle, Ariyadasa was an alumnus of Mahinda College and the University of Ceylon where he obtained a degree in Sinhala and English languages.

He authored several books in Sinhala and English. Funeral arrangements will be notified later.
