DSI Tyres recognised at NCE awards 2022

DSI Tyres recently won a Silver Award in rubber tyre and accessories sector, extra-large category, at the Annual NCE Export Awards 2022. The award ceremony, organized by the National Chamber of Exporters was held at Shangri La Hotel, Colombo and Kavinda Rajapaksa, the Managing Director of DSI Tyres received the award. DSI Tyres was founded over three decades ago and is a leader in the manufacture of tyres for bicycles, motorcycles, three-wheeler, and industries. It is also known for its other rubber-based products and bicycles.

The company has also won many quality certifications including ISO 9001:2015, INMETRO Certification, SLS, Tanzania Bureau of Standards, E4 Marking and BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards). In the wake of the foreign currency shortages, DSI Tyres increased the supply of products to the domestic market while achieving its export goals. In the last few years, the international demand for DSI Tyres has also greatly increased.
